Website Terms and Conditions of Use

The following terms of use (hereinafter "TERMS OF USE") constitute the agreement between Rancho de Cacería El Estribo S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter "El Estribo Hunting Ranch") and any user of the SITE with the electronic address: www.elestribo.com/ (hereinafter the "SITE").

By using the SITE, any person assumes the status of user (hereinafter "USER") which implies their full and unconditional acceptance of these TERMS OF USE. It is therefore essential that the USER reads and carefully evaluates them beforehand, to ensure they understand that they are subject to these terms and any modifications that may occur, each time they access the SITE.

If at any time the USER does not fully or partially agree with these TERMS OF USE, they must immediately refrain from using the SITE or any of its sections.

The USER acknowledges that special provisions may exist in various parts of the SITE that, depending on the case, will replace, complement, and/or modify the TERMS OF USE (hereinafter "SPECIFIC CONDITIONS"). It is therefore also essential that the USER reads these in advance, and if they do not fully or partially agree with any of them, they should refrain from using the part or section of the SITE governed by such SPECIFIC CONDITION(S). If the USER utilizes the part of the SITE governed by one or more SPECIFIC CONDITIONS, it will be understood that they fully and unconditionally accept them.

Site Access and Use

Access to and use of the SITE by El Estribo Hunting Ranch is free of charge for USERS. The USER will only be required to register or sign up on the SITE when specifically requested to do so.

Content Access and Use

Through the SITE, El Estribo Hunting Ranch provides USERS with access to various information provided by El Estribo Hunting Ranch or by persons directly or indirectly linked to such information (hereinafter "CONTENT").

The USER acknowledges that use of the SITE does not imply any ownership rights over the SITE, any of its elements, or CONTENT.

El Estribo Hunting Ranch reserves the right to modify at any time and without prior notice the presentation, configuration, information, CONTENT, and in general any part or aspect directly or indirectly related to the SITE.

Content

Obligation to make proper use of the site and content. The USER commits to using the SITE and CONTENT in accordance with applicable laws, these TERMS OF USE, and with respect for public order. The USER is obligated to use the SITE and any related CONTENT or aspect in a manner that does not harm the rights or interests of El Estribo Hunting Ranch, persons directly or indirectly linked to it, or third parties. The USER will use the SITE and/or CONTENT in a way that does not damage, disable, deteriorate, or partially or totally impair it.

Methods for Obtaining Content

The USER must refrain from obtaining or attempting to obtain information, messages, graphics, drawings, sound and/or image files, photographs, recordings, software, and in general, any type of material accessible through the SITE or CONTENT.

CONTENT and elements found on the SITE may be used only by employing the means or procedures established and indicated within the SITE itself.

Correct Use of Content

The USER is obligated to use the CONTENT and elements utilized in the SITE in a diligent, correct, and lawful manner, and in particular, commits to refrain from: (a) using the CONTENT in a manner, for purposes or with effects contrary to the law, public order, and what El Estribo Hunting Ranch has established for the use of this SITE; (b) copying, disseminating, modifying, reproducing, distributing, or using the CONTENT and elements utilized in the SITE for any purpose, with or without profit, unless expressly authorized in writing by El Estribo Hunting Ranch; (c) modifying or manipulating trademarks, logos, commercial notices, trade names, and distinctive signs in general of El Estribo Hunting Ranch, the SITE, or persons directly or indirectly linked to El Estribo Hunting Ranch (unless authorized in writing); (d) suppressing, circumventing, or modifying the CONTENT and elements utilized in the SITE, as well as technical protection devices, or any mechanism or procedure established on the SITE.

El Estribo Hunting Ranch declares that all CONTENT and elements utilized in the SITE are duly registered and protected under the relevant authorities and laws in Mexico. The USER agrees to respect all Intellectual Property rights over the CONTENT and elements utilized in the SITE owned by El Estribo Hunting Ranch.

Technical Content on Air and Surface Purification

The technical CONTENT on ventilation and forced air climate control provided by El Estribo Hunting Ranch is for general information and should not be used as a substitute for diagnosis and/or advice from qualified professionals. The USER should clarify any technical questions or concerns about ventilation and climate control of industrial and commercial spaces with their responsible professional. El Estribo Hunting Ranch assumes no responsibility for project risks that may be caused by information contained on the SITE. The USER should be aware that information on the SITE is updated periodically and may not have the most current information on ventilation and climate control of spaces. Use of the SITE does not create a relationship between El Estribo Hunting Ranch and the USER, so El Estribo Hunting Ranch is not obligated to follow up with USERS.

Use of the site, content, and content under the exclusive responsibility of the user

By merely accessing the SITE, the USER acknowledges and accepts that the use of the SITE and CONTENT is under their exclusive and strict responsibility. Therefore, El Estribo Hunting Ranch will not at any time and under any circumstance be responsible for any malfunction or problem that may occur in the computer equipment (hardware) or computer programs (software) used by the USER to access or navigate any part of the SITE.

Exclusion of Warranties and Liability

Exclusion of Warranties and Liability for the Operation of the SITE and CONTENT, viruses, and other harmful elements. El Estribo Hunting Ranch does not control and does not guarantee the absence of viruses in the CONTENT, nor the absence of other elements in the CONTENT that may cause alterations in the USER's computer system (software and/or hardware) or in the electronic documents and files stored in their computer system.

Sites and Content External to the SITE and CONTENT

As a private, independent company that is unaffiliated with political or religious partisanship, El Estribo Hunting Ranch does not allow the publication of content that contravenes this character and reserves the right to accept, publish, or suggest sites, subsites, or material unrelated to the SITE and El Estribo Hunting Ranch that it considers of interest to USERS. If it does so, El Estribo Hunting Ranch is not responsible in any way for such sites and materials, or for access to or use of them by the USER.

Similarly, any site and/or subsite on the Internet, external to the SITE, may have a link (hyperlink) to the SITE or CONTENT with or without El Estribo Hunting Ranch's authorization. Therefore, El Estribo Hunting Ranch is not responsible for the origin, uses, and destinations of such links. Likewise, the person responsible for sites and/or subsites that mention or manage a link to the SITE and/or CONTENT is not necessarily authorized to manage such links, or to promote El Estribo Hunting Ranch, the SITE, or CONTENT. El Estribo Hunting Ranch assumes no responsibility for such sites or their content external to the SITE, nor does it accept any charge for advertising, unless there is a previously signed contract between the parties.

Denial and Withdrawal of Access to the Site and/or Content

El Estribo Hunting Ranch reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the SITE and/or CONTENT at any time and without prior notice, on its own initiative or at the request of any person, to any USER for any reason, including without limitation those USERS who misuse the SITE, any of its parts or sections, or the CONTENT, or who totally or partially fail to comply with these TERMS OF USE or applicable SPECIFIC CONDITIONS.

Duration and Termination

The SITE and CONTENT have an indefinite duration. However, El Estribo Hunting Ranch may terminate, suspend, or interrupt at any time and without prior notice the SITE and/or any of the CONTENT.

Obligation to Follow Instructions

The USER agrees to strictly follow any instruction given by El Estribo Hunting Ranch or personnel authorized by El Estribo Hunting Ranch related to the SITE, regarding any mechanism or procedure established to use the SITE and CONTENT. The USER should only follow instructions given by El Estribo Hunting Ranch.

Liability for damages. The USER is responsible for any damage and/or harm of any nature caused by non-compliance with these TERMS OF USE or any applicable regulations, thereby releasing El Estribo Hunting Ranch from all civil, criminal, administrative, or any other type of liability.

Without prejudice to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, in the event that El Estribo Hunting Ranch is penalized or sentenced by a competent authority in any proceeding related to civil, criminal, administrative, or any other type of liability, it will notify the responsible USER, who must pay El Estribo Hunting Ranch the amount to which it has been ordered to cover, as well as the costs, fees, and other expenses incurred, within 15 calendar days following notification. In case of delay in payment within the indicated term, THE USER agrees to pay El Estribo Hunting Ranch as a conventional penalty, an amount equivalent to the principal sum.

Personal Data

To use or enjoy some of the CONTENT, it is necessary for the USER to previously provide El Estribo Hunting Ranch with certain personal data (hereinafter "PERSONAL DATA") that El Estribo Hunting Ranch may manage automatically or not. The USER, by accessing the SITE or any of the CONTENT where PERSONAL DATA is required, is authorizing El Estribo Hunting Ranch to conduct analyses and studies based on it.

The USER is obligated to provide true and reliable PERSONAL DATA, and if they wish not to provide it in the parts of the SITE where it is requested, they must refrain from using that part or sections of the SITE. If the USER provides false or confusing information, El Estribo Hunting Ranch may deny them access to the SITE and CONTENT within it, without prejudice to the fact that it may require appropriate indemnification.

By providing their PERSONAL DATA on the SITE, the USER is authorizing El Estribo Hunting Ranch to disclose the respective information to any competent authority, in case it is requested through appropriate legal means. El Estribo Hunting Ranch will not share any personal information that has been provided with third parties, unless it is required to provide a service or product requested by the USER.

License

El Estribo Hunting Ranch authorizes the USER to use the SITE exclusively under the TERMS AND CONDITIONS expressed herein, without implying that it grants the USER any license or authorization or any type of right other than the aforementioned use regarding the Intellectual Property of El Estribo Hunting Ranch. Intellectual Property is understood as all trademarks registered and/or used in Mexico or abroad by El Estribo Hunting Ranch, as well as all rights to inventions (patented or not), industrial designs, utility models, confidential information, trade names, commercial notices, reserved rights, domain names, as well as all types of patrimonial rights over works and creations protected by copyright and other forms of industrial or intellectual property recognized or that may be recognized by the corresponding laws.

Other Provisions

Form. The USER accepts that a printed version of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS, and of any communication sent and/or received electronically will be admissible as evidence in any judicial and/or administrative proceeding.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction. Regarding all matters related to the interpretation and compliance with the provisions herein, by the mere fact of accessing the SITE, USERS accept to submit to the applicable laws and the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mexico, waiving any other jurisdiction that might correspond to them due to their present or future domiciles, or for any other reason.

Ineffective Provisions

If any of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS expressed herein is considered unenforceable or declared null or invalid according to applicable legislation, it will be replaced by a term or condition that is valid and that can fulfill with greater rigor the objective of the unenforceable provision or that has been declared null or invalid. The other terms and conditions will remain in full force.

Rights

Any right that has not been expressly conferred in this document is understood to be reserved to El Estribo Hunting Ranch.
